GLPI has an approval limitation
Native approval in GLPI is single-round — a flat list of validators with no sequence, no quorum, no automation. The same limitation applies to Changes, Incidents, and Service Requests. For regulated environments, this is not enough.

Unlimited rounds
Any number of sequential steps. Each round triggers only after the previous one is approved — a clear sequence with defined order.
Configurable quorum
Each step has its own approval threshold — from simple majority to 100% unanimity. Quorum is set per step.
Complete audit trail
Every approval and rejection is recorded directly in ITIL Follow-up with the question, response, and color-coded status. Ready for ISO 27001 and SOX.
Forms integration
Compatible with FormCreator (GLPI 10) and native Forms (GLPI 11). Forms automatically trigger workflows and define approvers dynamically — including multiple approvers from form fields.
Automatic follow-up ticket creation
After approval, a follow-up ticket is automatically created — Change, Incident, or Service Request — with transferred data, documents, and assigned team.
