What Data We Process

This website does not contain forms, registration or login functionality. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone number, message content) for the purpose of handling your request in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and Section 13(1)(b) of Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

We retain this data for the duration of business communication and subsequently for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic measurement. This service does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors and does not share data with third parties. Only aggregated data is processed (number of visits, country, device type).

For more detailed traffic analysis we use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Limited). This service is activated only after your explicit consent via a banner displayed on your first visit. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Security

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and all communication is encrypted using TLS/SSL. IT365 s.r.o. will never send you an email requesting passwords or sensitive information.

Under the GDPR and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll., you have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Please send requests to privacy@itcko.sk.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
